possible, the Data Subject has the right to request the Data Administrator to send his or her
data to another administrator,
– the right to file an objection to processing his or her personal data for particular personal
reasons if the personal data are processed under Art. 6(1.e) and 6(1.f) of the Personal Data
Protection Order (RODO), i.e.
• the processing is necessary for performing any public interest tasks or as part of public
powers exercised by the administrator,
• the processing is necessary for purposes resulting from legally justified interests of the
administrator or any third parties, unless the interests or basic rights of the data subject
are superior to those of the administrator or any third parties and require personal data
protection, in particular in case of data subjects who are children.

– In addition, objections to processing personal data for direct marketing purposes may be filed
at any time.
– In case of processing personal data under Art. 6(1.a) or Art. 9 (2.a) of the Personal Data
Protection Order − i.e. if the Data Subject has agreed to processing his or her personal data for
one or more specific purposes (Art. 6(1.a)), or if the Data Subject has expressly agreed to
processing his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes (Art. 9 (2.a)) − the Data
Subject may revoke his or her consent at any time. Such revocation shall not affect the legality
of any data processing carried out before the consent was revoked.
